Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

StackLibrary is a set of supplement buying guides. You don't create an account, and we don't ask for your name, email, or any personal details to use the site. This policy explains the limited data we do collect and why.

The short version

  • No accounts, no sign-up, no forms — there's nothing for you to fill in.
  • We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which guides are useful.
  • Some links are affiliate links; if you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
  • We don't sell your data.

Information we collect

Information you give us. The site has no forms or logins, so we don't receive personal information through it. If you email us, we'll have your email address and whatever you choose to write.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data through analytics tools — pages viewed, actions such as searches and link clicks, your device and browser type, the page that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and timestamps. We use this in aggregate to see which guides help people.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and PostHog to measure how the guides are used. These tools, and tags loaded through them, may set cookies or use similar storage in your browser. We currently do not show a cookie-consent banner because the site collects no account or contact information and uses analytics only to improve the guides; you can block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Affiliate links & how we make money

StackLibrary participates in the Amazon Associates program and may use other affiliate programs. When you click a product link and visit a retailer such as Amazon, that retailer may set its own cookies and may pay us a commission on qualifying purchases. This is at no extra cost to you, and it never changes which products we recommend. Retailers' use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

How we use information

  • To understand which guides and sections are useful and improve them.
  • To measure whether product links are helpful (in aggregate).
  • To keep the site working and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it to build advertising profiles about you.

Who we share data with

We share data with the service providers that help us run the site — our analytics providers (Google and PostHog) and, when you click a product link, the destination retailer (such as Amazon). Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to object to certain processing. Because we don't hold accounts or directly identifiable personal data, most requests are handled through your browser controls and analytics opt-outs — but you can always contact us at support@asaplinks.com and we'll help.

Data retention

Aggregated analytics data is retained according to our analytics providers' standard retention settings. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Children

StackLibrary is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We don't knowingly collect data from children.

International users

The analytics providers we use may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under their standard safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
